You have covered this concept in your story, but one important point of designing highly usable charts is scaling of y/x axes based on numbers. It helps you when u have values on max/min side and still keeps the chart comprehendable.

One more aspect is meaningful names: to the chart, to y axis, to x axis. It is to indicate the user why the chart exist for.
